Why use Cyclops®
It is an easy training aid for your bar staff. From their first night they will be able to use Cyclops® to talk to your customers about your ale range in confidence. There are a number of curious drinkers out there who can be persuaded to purchase more cask beer by your staff.
It educates consumers. They get a realistic impression of what to expect from their pint and it also makes a great comparison tool for your ale lovers. Ensure that your use the Cyclops® point of sale from your beer supplier to get the message across.
Also, the majors retailers are insisting that tasting notes are submitted using this method.
